Signs that you are overtraining

Overtraining is a  condition that occurs when the volume and intensity of your exercise exceeds your recovery capacity. They cease in helping you make progress, and you can even begin to lose strength and fitness

Signs of overtraining

  1. You repeatedly fail to complete your normal workout

  2. You are losing your leanness despite increased exercise

  3. You feel fatigued and sluggish

  4. Your joint, bones or limbs hurt

  5. You are suddenly falling ill more often

  6. You do not feel good after a workout


To overcome overtraining

  1. Train at 80% of your previous capacity

  2. Rest more

  3. Eat more carbohydrates and healthy fats
