Chronic fatigue is a condition that makes a person feel so fatigued that he/she can barely manage their daily simple activities like having a shower or going to work. No amount of rest helps as people with chronic fatigue syndrome continue having body aches, head aches and a lot of lethargy. It is a symptom caused by extreme stress

  1. Its important to first start an exercise routine that is easy and enjoyable. This will motivate a person with Chronic fatigue to keep up with their exercise regime

  2. Slowly and very gradually, it is important to increase their exercise frequency and intensity

  3. Focus on aerobic exercises , strengthening and stretching. These activities release endorphins which is the first step in helping the person feel good about herself


Slowly and gradually, it will break their lethargy and boost their self confidence
